Great service. Car broke down on RT 17. Bill came with tow truck. He was friendly and professional. He went out of his way to help a family of four traveling with two dogs. He went to parts store for the alternator and belt. We were on the road with a new alternator within an 1-1/2hours and this was Sunday. Did I mention this was a Sunday. I 100% recommend White Sulphur Garage.

Excellent service! I was traveling on the interstate and had trouble with my SUV accelerating. Not only did they take me right away, they immediately identified the problem, made the repair and I was on my way! Fast, efficient and affordable service that came with a warm reception. Late afternoon on a stormy Sunday my Son was 3.5 hours away from home headed for another 3.5 hours of driving back to Ithaca College when he lost all power and charging as well as steering. Trying not to panic he called home and needed to be in class early the next morning. My auto insurance State Farm had road side coverage. I called and they sent an Honest Hardworking True Gentleman named "Bill" Bill was nothing short of a parents hero to save their child in the middle of pending disaster! Bill arrived with a tow truck in mere minutes contacted me and immediately understood what we needed then made it happen. Part acquired almost after store hours on a Sunday transported my son's vehicle and my son to a safe location and diagnosed the fan belt issue then repaired it and charged the dead battery and called me back at my home to tell me he was good and on his way again. What can I say? Bill you are our Family's Hero and I look forward to meeting you and shaking your hand. Thank you!

Needed a new tire as quickly as possible. Ordered from an online vendor and had it shipped directly to the garage. I had an appointment for install the next day. The install was fairly quick, the price was fair, and the workers were all pleasant to speak to. GREAT experience, thank you!!

I'm from out of town and a strong odor of gasoline suddenly started emanating from my car. I was worried my car might turn into a fireball. Fortunately I saw the Sulfur Springs Garage ahead and I pulled into it. I explained my problem and within minutes a mechanic had my car on a lift and was checking it out. After identifying the likely source of the odor, the mechanic explained that I could safely drive my car home. All this and there was no charge. These guys really did me solid. I highly recommend this shop. I wish all car repair shops were like this.
